"Deposit Came Back, Just Took a Bit"
I had to wait a few days for the deposit to come back, so you might need a little patience. But in the end, I did get it back without any issues.

"Pretty Accurate Overall"
I’ve been using it for a bit, and based on my experience, it’s been mostly accurate and hasn’t caused any real problems. Nothing major stood out as an issue, so overall I’d say it does what I expected well.

"Had to wait "way too long""
I eventually got help, but it took much longer than it should have. By the time my issue was finally addressed, it felt like the help came "too late."

"The bikes themselves are fine when I can…"
The bikes themselves are fine when I can actually find one, but the service area is kind of a pain. A lot of the places I usually go are just outside the zone, so I end up having to walk anyway—or, actually, I end up parking the bike farther away than I’d like and walking from there. I’d probably use it a lot more if the coverage was better. Right now it just isn’t that useful for me.

"Reliable and easy to use"
I use Donkey Republic bikes a few times a week, and for me the best part is how simple the unlocking is. I just open the app, tap unlock, and the bike is usually ready within a few seconds. After dealing with other bike apps that were glitchy or slow, this feels like a big relief. It’s not something I think about much anymore, which is kind of the point, it just works when I need it.

"Super easy first ride"
i mean, it was my first time using donkey.bike and the whole locking part was way easier than I expected. The app just showed me what to do, and the bike locked right away without any fuss. I also liked that I could clearly see the ride had ended properly, so I wasn’t worrying about it after I walked off. Smooth experience overall.

"Didn’t have to worry about the battery"
I used a donkey.bike for a few rides around town, i felt relaxed the whole time because the battery level was really easy to keep an eye on in the app. Even when I hit a bit of an uphill stretch, it didn’t suddenly drain or make me worry I’d get stuck somewhere. That peace of mind made the ride way more enjoyable for me. It was simple, smooth, and stress-free, so I’d definitely use one again

Used donkey.bike a few times now. Easy.
There was always a bike close by, even in busier areas. Usually just around the corner.

"I’ve used donkey a handful of times now…"
I’ve used donkey a handful of times now, mostly when I didn’t feel like walking or figuring out public transport for a short trip. The app is simple enough and I haven’t really had to think too much about it, which is nice. One time the bike took a little longer than expected to unlock, so I was standing there poking at my phone for a minute, but that was the only annoying bit. The bikes themselves have been fine whenever I’ve used them, and overall it’s been a reliable option.

"Solid ride, even in the rain"
Rented a Donkey bike last weekend the brakes were great. It started raining a little, but they still felt smooth and reliable. No weird squeaking or lag, just stopped when I needed them to. Made the whole ride feel a lot more relaxed.

"Saved Me a Hassle for Once"
I used donkey.bike for a quick ride, the best part was not being forced to take the bike all the way back to where I started. I feel like with most things, there’s always some annoying catch that wastes my time, so it was nice to just leave the bike near where I actually ended up. It made the whole trip way less of a headache. Handy overall.

I really appreciated that donkey.bike showed the price upfront before I booked. Like, I knew exactly what I was getting into, no random extra charges popping up later or anything weird like that, which feels rare these days. "I was in a impatient…"
I was in a impatient mood when I booked a bike on Donkey Republic, so I was really happy the payment didn’t turn into a whole thing. My card went through right away, with no weird errors or annoying extra steps. The receipt showed up in my email quickly too, which made me feel a bit more at ease. I also had to change my booking once, and the updated price was shown clearly, so there were no surprise charges later. Overall, it was simple, smooth, and worked just fine for me

"A Surprisingly Smooth Ride"
I rented a bike from donkey.bike i was bracing myself for some clunky disaster on wheels, but nope, the bike was actually in really good condition. The brakes worked perfectly, the tires felt solid, and the seat wasn’t all beaten up like I half-expected. No strange noises, no sudden drama mid-ride, just a clean and easy experience. I came away happy with it overall
